PROF. EUGENE P. SHEEHAN

Prof. Eugene is the Former Dean of the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Northern Colorado. As the Dean he was responsible for the administration of one of the largest education programs in the Rocky Mountain Region of the United States, with about 100 full time faculty and about 3,500 teacher candidates. Prof. Eugene received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Dublin and Trinity College, Ireland. He received his Master’s degrees from Trinity College and from the Queen’s University of Belfast. He obtained his PhD from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He has been recognized for excellence in teaching and research, earning the University of Northern Colorado’s Distinguished Scholar Award. He has worked collaboratively with several universities around the world. In 2011 he received an Honorary Doctorate from Burapha University. Additionally, he has given keynote addresses at important conferences around the world. Prior to his career at the University of Northern Colorado, Prof. Eugene worked as a personnel psychologist for the Irish government and as a vocational evaluator in California.
PROF. DR. MARCEL KÖHLER

Dr. Marcel Köhler is Professor for Pedagogy and Health Sciences at Nord University/Norway. He held the chair for Nursing and Health at the University of Applied Sciences Dresden (FHD)/Germany from 2019-2022. He studied medicine pedagogy, philosophy and vocational education. Dr. Marcel Köhler received his doctorate from the Technical University of Dresden/Germany. In his PhD thesis he integrates theoretical approaches from didactics, action theory and cognitive psychology as well as linguistics. He has expertise in questions of curriculum development, empirical educational research, evaluation and quality management. His key activities focus on vocational and university didactics, examination in theoretical vocational education and institutional teaching/learning processes. Currently, he is working in the fields of interdisciplinarity in nursing and health care professions as well as student active teaching-/learning methods and simulative learning environments of these professions. Dr. Marcel Köhler supports and contributes national and international research projects on the aspects of current vocational and tertiary education issues. Before he accepted a professorial position, he has worked for more than 9 years as a researcher and lecturer at the Institute for Vocational Education and Didactics at the Technical University of Dresden/Germany. He was responsible for national and international research projects with stays abroad in China, Thailand, Laos and Sweden. From 2014-2021 he was the executive director of the association for the promotion of education and training for professional educators at the TU Dresden e. V.

Isanka P.Gamage is the Co-founder and Managing Director of The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM) Based in Sri Lanka. He is the founding manager of three international journals and has served as the Conference Convener for over 350 international Conferences organized in 8 Countries namely Sri Lanka, China, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, and virtually. He has initiated and engaged with many different online and offline knowledge-sharing platforms to make a sustainable future. In his journey thus far, he has had the privilege to closely work with many world-renowned personalities as the Nobel Laureates, Subject Gurus, and also with over 450 International universities and has been in the lights of more than 2000 leading Professors across the globe on several fields of study. He has also had the honor of working with the Ministries, Diplomats, industry professionals, and international organizations in different countries.
As a founding member and CEO of a few consortiums and associations in Education, Public Health, Environment, Women and Gender, Social Sciences, Fisheries and Aquaculture, and Disability and Rehabilitation, he is serving to Asian and African regions to achieve their Sustainable Development Goals by connecting his network in Western countries and trying to implement the concept of knowledge diplomacy.
He is a life coach and mentoring practitioner with Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP). And also, he is conducting mindfulness training programs locally and internationally.
He is reading for Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka. He has completed the Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) and BSc Marketing. He also has a Bachelor of Therapeutic Counseling from The Open International University for Complementary Medicines.

Ms .Lily France Jajalla Echavez Is A Graduate of Bachelor of Science In Business Administration Major In Marketing Management. A Licensed Professional Teacher, A Master in Management Major in Business Management Graduate, And Is Currently Pursuing Her Doctor in Management Degree in a Prestigious University in Cagayan De Oro City, Philippines. Served as Former BSBA Program Dean/Coordinator and Former Alumni President.
A Passionate Business Educator For 7 Years, Serving Both as Faculty and Program Dean in The Institution. Has Experienced in Both Managerial and Supervisorial Work in The Academe. Has Attended in Various Trainings and Seminars in Some of The Business Education Conferences Affiliated to The Institution. Currently Designated as BSBA Research Faculty and Representative Handling Research Subject.
Biography
Shadi Moussa is a dedicated and innovative education professional with 14 years of experience in English language teaching. Holding key roles such as English Teacher, Head of English Department, and Principal, he has demonstrated leadership in various educational settings, including Bloom Charter Education and Dubai Modern Education School. Shadi’s commitment to education extends globally, having served as an English Instructor at Al-Bassam International Schools in addition to contributing to international conferences and initiatives.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at The British University in Dubai (BUID) and holding a Master’s in Education with a focus on Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), Shadi Moussa is actively engaged in continuous learning. His research on the effectiveness of gamification tools in middle school education earned him a presenter slot at The 9th International Conference on Education (ICEDU 2023). Selected as the UAE Country Coordinator for The 10th International Conference on Education in 2024, Shadi is committed to advancing education through his multifaceted expertise and participation in professional development programs from prestigious institutions like Cambridge University and The American University in Cairo.

Noel M. Menor 1988 Cum Laude Graduate from the Philippine Normal University with degree Bachelor of Science in Education, major in Social Science and Specialization in Mathematics. He earned his master’s degree in teaching in mathematics (MST Mathematics) from De La Salle University in 2011 where he also received the most Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award. Mr. Menor was connected with St. James Academy from 1988 – 2002, where he taught Social Studies, Mathematics (specifically Trigonometry and Statistics, and Asian Studies in the high school level, and became the school’s Social Studies Coordinator in grade school level for 6 years. From June 2002 to 2017, he has been connected with La Salle Green Hills as a mathematics teacher and recognized with the Model Teacher Award. He also served as the Mathematics Coordinator and the Chair of the Test Development Program of the grade school department. He also taught Mathematics to Junior High School students at St. John the Evangelist Catholic School in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Currently, he is an EdD Candidate from the National University – Laguna and the Principal of St. Edward School in General Trias, Cavite, He is a member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) and has been involved in facilitating and conducting several seminar workshop across the country covering various topics such as the teaching of mathematics, block model approach in teaching problem solving, the art of questioning, curriculum integration, understanding by design, test construction, educational assessment, cooperative learning, and creative pedagogies.

Mr. Navarez has performed school counseling roles for seventeen (17) years with university students. He is presently a University Counselor at De La Salle University. He has previously served as student affairs and services administrator and has taught undergraduate students of Psychology and Education courses. Aside from counseling and teaching, he has varied work experience in psychological testing and assessment, training and development, research and evaluation, admissions, scholarships, student discipline and formation, and student affairs services management.
He is currently finishing his dissertation for the degree on Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Counseling Psychology from De La Salle University Manila, Philippines focusing on suicide intervention practices among school counselors. He has also received supervised training on assessment and psychotherapeutic interventions among patients with mood, anxiety, substance abuse, and personality disorders. His research interests include the areas of positive psychology, mental health, school counseling, suicide, and counselor development. He has published a number of research articles both local and international and has presented papers on conferences held in Thailand, Taiwan, and Japan. He is a Registered Guidance Counselor, Licensed Secondary Teacher, Researcher, and a Mental Health and Youth Development Advocate.

Dr. Dyah Lyesmaya, S.S., M.Pd., is an Associate Professor in Pedagogy, specializing in Elementary Education and Early Literacy. She currently serves as a Lecturer in Elementary School Teacher Education at UMMI, Indonesia. With a passion for advancing educational practices, she has actively engaged in research projects aimed at enhancing teaching and learning strategies. Dr. Dyah Lyesmaya, S.S., M.Pd., is an academician and educator known for her significant contributions in the field of education. With a strong academic background and a passion for creating a conducive learning environment, Dr. Lyesmaya has dedicated her career to advancing educational practices and inspiring students, particularly in the field of elementary education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in German Literature (S.S.) from Padjadjaran University UNPAD), Indonesia. Driven by her passion for education, she pursued further studies and obtained a Master’s degree (M.Pd.) with a specialization that allowed her to delve deeper into educational theories and methodologies. At this academic level, she demonstrated her dedication to academic excellence by graduating cum laude in the elementary education program at the Indonesian University of Education (UPI), Indonesia. Afterwards, she continued her education at the same university and earned a doctoral degree (Dr.) in elementary education with honors, achieving a distinction of “very satisfactory.” Dr. Dyah Lyesmaya’s expertise extends beyond the academic realm. She actively participates in research projects aimed at enhancing teaching and learning strategies, with a focus on innovative approaches, local wisdom, and student-centered methods. Her work reflects a commitment to creating inclusive and dynamic educational experiences. In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr. Lyesmaya is recognized for her leadership roles in educational institutions. Her administrative contributions have played a key role in shaping the educational landscape and ensuring a holistic development approach for students in the Elementary School Teacher Education Program at Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi (UMMI).

Dr. Noha Farrag is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Leadership instructor at the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), Cairo Campus. She was granted a PhD research scholarship award from Ulm University in 2010. She is certified in Human Resource Development. She formerly coordinated the Internship program between the Institute of Law and Economics at Hamburg University and German University in Cairo(GUC). She has taught several statistical and Economic courses such as Mathematical Economics, Econometrics, Behavioral Economics, Advanced Macro-theory, Money and Banking, and Economic Development besides, International Business and Current Issues in Business: Leadership in a Changing World courses. She worked at several Institutions such as Arab Academy Maritime (London School of Economics Bachelor Program), Misr International University, British University in Egypt, and German University in Egypt. She organized the Behavioral Economics workshop and Financial and Economic Project Evaluation Workshop held in the GUC; and formed the Research Cluster: Renewable Energy for the Development of a Green Egypt (REDGE). She won best policy-oriented paper from the Economic Research Forum in 2005 and best Presentation award in 2019 at the 3rd International Conference on Economics and Development. Her research interests are leadership descriptive case studies, Institutional Economics, Ethical and Islamic Economics, Central Banking, Renewable Energy Economics, and Sustainable Development. She has publications in Central Banking, Bank Efficiency studies, Islamic Economics, Incentives, Corruption, and the Water Crisis. Currently, she is researching Balanced Leadership, Sustainable Development Case Studies, Moral Economics and Happiness, and the Impact of Inclusive Institutions on Enterprise and Innovation.

Graduates from the Bachelor of Journalism Communication Science study program at Padjadjaran University, and the Master’s – Doctoral Degree in Communication Science at the University of Indonesia. December 2010, Dini started working at Universitas Negeri Jakarta in the D3 Public Relations study program, then moved home base to the Bachelor of Communication Science Study Program in 2018. Currently serving as Head of the Bachelor of Communication Science Study Program. Dini has several research interests in rhetoric, new media, text analysis, public relations and everything related to communication science.

Assistant prof. Edita Rogulj, PhD (Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Zagreb). She has actively participated in two IPA and four European projects as a consultant, workshop author and focus group leader. Also, she led workshops as part of UNICEF project Improvement of inclusivity of initial teacher education for early childhood education and care in Croatia. The scientific field of interest is related to the digital environment in the early and preschool system and chlid play in natural environment.
She participated in the development and application of the project for the Croatian Science Foundation 2020 with the project Non-recursive model of social loneliness and comorbidity of youth behavioural disorders (SOLOBED). Also, she is one of the collaborators in the development of a project plan within the European Union under Horizon 2020, the CHANSE program, on the topic of Transforming collaborative cultures in early childhood education through digital technologies (TRUST).

Atika is an alumnus of master educational technology, state university yogyakarta in August 2022 with GPA 3.72. She has some experience both in education and in institutions. In the education sector, she has worked as a teacher at Alawiah Witya-Thailand for elementary and middle school levels, Anak sholeh Islamic kindergarten and Jabal nur Islamic elementary school. Now, she works as a finance staff in student wellness and support service, Students and Alumni affair at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.

Mr. Jennedy bin Pungawon, a graduate of Universiti Malaysia Sabah, holds a Bachelor of Education (Hons) in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) and master’s in education TESL. He commenced his career in 2007 as an English Language Teacher and progressed to the position of District English Language Officer in 2009. In 2020, he earned the title of English Language Excellent Teacher.
As a National Master Trainer for English Language, he actively contributes to the professional development of educators on a national scale. His responsibilities include organizing seminars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to empower English teachers across Malaysia. Recognition for his contributions includes awards for Innovative Teacher, Icon Teacher, and Expert Teacher. In 2023, a notable achievement was the acceptance for publication of three of his English Language Best Practices, focusing on educational programs for schools in hospitals, prisons, refugee communities, and special education schools. Mr. Pungawon is a consistent contributor to the academic community, generating Action Research, Journals, Articles and Best Practices for English Language. Additionally, his involvement extends to various education conferences and actively engaged as a coach and judge in the English Language co-academic programs such as Public Speaking, Debate, Drama, Short Film, and more nationwide.
Mr. Jennedy bin Pungawon currently serves at SMK Langkon in Kota Marudu, Sabah, Malaysia.
